Q. What is your service area?

A. We service any building or property with a Petaluma, Penngrove, Cotati, or Rohnert Park mailing address. With such a small service area, we are very familiar with the intricacies of certain subdivisions in the area.

Q. Do you perform backflow tests?

A. Yes. We have three certified backflow testers and we test backflows in the cities of Petaluma, Penngrove, Cotati, and Rohnert Park. We perform our backflow test at a reduced rate if the paperwork is mailed to us along with prepayment and the device is accessible at any time. If a scheduled appointment is required because of a locked gate or box, dogs, or convenience, we charge our hourly rate. We will then file the paperwork with the required city after the test. In the event of a failed device, we will contact you with a price for repairs before any work is performed. Please contact us for our testing fee and more information.

Q. Do you warranty your work?

A. Yes. We have a one year parts and labor warranty on our work however, we do not warranty any sewer stoppages, nor do we warranty any owner supplied parts.

Q. Can I supply my own parts?

A. Yes, with the exception of water heaters. Due to liability, we will not install an owner supplied water heater. We will install any other owner supplied fixtures or appliances, but please note, we do not warranty any owner supplied parts.

Q. What are your hours of operation?

A. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:30pm. We schedule appointments at 8am, with a window of 9am-2pm, or a window of 12:30pm-3:30pm. Because we cannot accurately predetermine the length of our service calls, we cannot guarantee a specific arrival time after 8am. We do call 15 minutes prior to our arrival for all appointments.

Q. Do you charge by the job or the hour?

A. We charge on an hourly basis. We have a minimum one hour charge and charge for additional time in 1/4 hour increments. For most water heaters, we can quote you a price over the phone. For larger jobs, please call us regarding estimates.

Q. What payment types do you accept?

A. We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card and Discover. We do not accept American Express. We do not carry change for cash paying customers. We collect at the end of the call unless other arrangements have been made at the time of scheduling.

Q. Do you work on commercial buildings?

A. Yes. We do perform general service and repair on commercial properties.

Q. Do you offer video inspection of sewer laterals?

A. Yes. We can inspect 3", 4", and 6" inch sewer lines for problems. We charge our hourly rate without any additional fees. We can give you a DVD on site at the end of the call. If your sewer line is plugged, we must first clear the line before we can inspect it.
